Shipping and Delivery

At Quiche Wears, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the information below for details on our shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
• Quiche Wears is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you are still experiencing issues, contact us at hello@quichewears.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Quiche Wears is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@quichewears.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
